Salesforce

  1. Tier: We use Salesforce Professional.
  2. Purpose of Use: Tracking of leads, opportunities and subscription sales.
  3. Data Stored: Customer name and contact information, Customer point of contact, Customer subscription information (subscription type, subscription start date/renewal date, subscription price).
  4. Accessible by: Gruntwork Staff
  5. Ability to Opt Out: No

Google Workspace (specifically, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Forms)

Tier: We use the Business Starter plan.

  1. Purpose of Use: Customer onboarding forms, customer cancellations, customer communications via emails, notes from customer conversations, specifically customer onboarding calls, customer users (name, email address, GitHub ID)
  2. Data Stored: Customer conversations, customer users (name, email address, GitHub ID).
  3. Accessible by: Gruntwork Staff
  4. Ability to Opt Out: No

Community Slack

Tier: We use the Slack free tier.

  1. Purpose of Use: Support-related inquiries in slack channels dedicated to all Gruntwork customers.
  2. Data Stored: Slack message contents, Slack user name
  3. Accessible by: Gruntwork customers within Community Slack, Gruntwork Staff
  4. Ability to Opt Out: Yes
